Job description:

Responsible for selling wood working products with its related accessories and appliances using technical, organizational and customer knowledge to influence and assist them in applying the products to their needs. In addition, provides input and participates in the marketing, market planning and technical development of products and services.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Properly receives Hassan Abul Company (HAC) Showroom customers interested in Wood Working Products (kitchen, doors, wardrobes, etc.) and/or related accessories and appliances.
  • Identifies and researches customer needs to develop designs and application of related products to meet these needs.
  • Arranges for initial customer site readiness assessment, measurement taking and capture site electromechanical situation.
  • Prepares final design that meet all customer needs using HAC approved design tools, standards and SOPs.
  • Generate final product quotation.
  • Sets the right customer expectations related to contract terms and conditions as well as delivery and installation services and its related schedule.
  • Prepares Sales Contract and get it signed by customer to close the deal.
  • Places Sales Orders in coordination with the Wood Division Technical Office.
  • Focuses on achievement of assigned sales targets.
  • Creates customer awareness of HAC's other services and products to increase cross-selling opportunities.
  • Properly feeds and utilizes HAC ERP, Pre-Sales and Design applications and tools in timely fashion.
  • Develops and maintains communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers using established guidelines.
  • Participates in providing inputs that might lead to development of new products, modification of existing products and termination of ineffective products.

Skills:

  • Bachelor degree in related Interior Design field.
  • Master’s degree in Interior Design is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years in wood working design and sales within a reputable organization.
  • Ability to be creative and innovative.
  • Should be an excellent communicator, customer focused and achievement oriented.
  • Effective problem solving skills.
  • Required IT skills: Microsoft Office, IFS ERP System, PYTHA 3D-CAD, Pre-Sales System & Winner.

Interior Designer

Job description:

Responsible for developing initial ideas and acquiring key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in detail with clients (the brief) and setting project schedules.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Interior designer should plan and organize the design of commercial and domestic interiors. Projects may take place in a range of settings, including: 
      - Office spaces and Villas. 
      - Retail locations, such as showrooms.
      - Residential developments.
      - Commercial showrooms and civic buildings.

  • Developing initial ideas and acquiring key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in detail with clients (the brief) and setting project schedules.
  • Understanding clients' needs, developing design concepts in consultation with the client and establishing final briefs.
  • Researching and gathering information and photographs relating to the project.
  • Sourcing products, e.g. fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes, decoration.
  • Preparing detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes, often using computer-aided design. (CAD), 3D max, Revit, or Rhino soft wares.
  • Working in a team with other designers.
  • Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry.

Skills:

  • 4-5 years’ experience in any Design consultancy or Architecture/interiors or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
  • Candidate will be expected to provide and review work samples which speak for your experience and impact.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Comfortable in internal and external client facing situations.
  • Familiarity with CAD, Revit and 3D Max, ability to read architectural construction documents and shop drawings.

Showroom Sales Executive

Job description:

Responsible to attend clients who visit showroom and should have a good knowledge of products.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Reports to Showroom manager.
  • Showroom sales executive must attend and greet clients as they enter the showroom in a courteous attitude and provide the necessary inquiries by introducing the products in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
  • Upon the client’s request, Showroom sales executive must provide a quotation to the client through the IFS system. Moreover, advice the client material availability will be confirmed with payment commitment only.
  • Once the client approves the quotation, a minimum down payment of 40% is required in-order to reserve the materials in the system and the balance payment is required before issuing the delivery order and invoice.
  • Availability of such product selected, must be clearly advised to client on the spot or in some cases after a written confirmation from supplier that does not exceed three working days.
  • The client must be notified for product delivery or delay with an explanation on the cause of delay.
  • Showroom sales executive must follow up with clients who has been given a quotation and never heard from by contacting the client and find out the wants and needs. Furthermore, suggest an alternative if the reason was due to unavailability of the required materials or the prices were over their budget.
  • Provide the client with necessary design through our designer for bathrooms / living room free of charge if the client purchases a complete package otherwise as advised and directed by S/M or B/M.
  • A monthly total quotations report must be provided to showroom manager on the 5th of each month.
  • Sales Support will handle all data entry work related to sales orders, delivery orders & invoices.
  • Showroom sales executive must explain to the client the company’s policy written on the back of the quotation and get his/her signature to confirm their acceptance of terms and conditions and to indicate the delivery date required by client to avoid stocks allocation congestion.
  • It is the Showroom sales executive’s responsibility to ensure all clients has been attended courteously and customer satisfaction is a priority. Moreover, offer the clients a choice of refreshments.
  • Showroom sales executive will ensure all displays are up to date, price tags are available on each booth or panel. Otherwise, shall be reported to Showroom manager for necessary action.

Skills:

  • Experience in Ceramic Tiles or Sanitary Ware or Kitchens/Wardrobes or Marble in the same position.
  • Preferred Arab Nationals.

Project Sales Executive

Job description:

Responsible of meeting monthly Sales Target as assigned.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Reports to Sales Manager.
  • Improve and establish existing and new client: Consultants, Developers and Contractors.
  • Establish a company profile and ensure to have adequate quantities of suppliers’ catalogues in-order to specify our products with consultants and designers.
  • Overall control and management of all projects of his assigned jurisdiction in UAE.
  • Organize professional filing system for all projects.
  • Aware of all incoming inquiries and entered in the log book. Furthermore, ensure that all inquiries has been communicated as per due date.
  • All correspondence, quotations, submittals & samples are accurate and complies with the clients inquiry.
  • Responsible to collect all receivables of his sales.
  • Should coordinate with sales coordinators about the deliveries of his projects in order to make sure that there are no delays. 
  • Coordinate with Sales Coordinators for quotations sent to customers without delay.

Skills:

  • Experience In Ceramic Tiles or Sanitary Ware or Kitchens/Wardrobes or Marble Project Sales in the same position.
  • Preferred Arab Nationals.
  • UAE driving license is must.
  • Strong relations with all contractors, consultants, architects and clients are required.
