Marketing Manager
Job description:
The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for the development and supervision of all marketing and communications strategies for the company and oversee the development of goals, strategies, and implementation plans to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.
The Marketing Communications Manager will also oversee the launch and managing of new products, services, and associated brands to meet profitability goals and targets.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with corporate business goals and objectives.
- Maximize brand value through the development of ancillary revenue streams and new opportunities.
- Work with creative staff and the sales heads to produce marketing collateral in accordance with brand messages.
- Develop marketing plans within budget requirements.
- Promote our products and services during events.
- Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels.
- Track ROI for marketing campaigns.
- Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness.
- Collaborate with all departments to identify internal and external customer needs.
- Communicate and negotiate with promotional partners as needed for joint marketing activities.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on similar industry activities; make recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered.
- Develop, manage and execute an annual strategic marketing communications plan for our company to span across all communication media (online and offline) and reach appropriate target audiences, based upon specific performance goals.
- Evaluate the success of various communication strategies and implement recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze potential new products/media to enhance the marketing/communications work.
- Ensure that all materials are developed and distributed according to an appropriate timeline.
- Provide strategic leadership and set the yearly agenda for the marketing group and actively manage the department to accomplish its goals.

- Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text)
- Knowledge of online and offline marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- MS Office ERP System
- Photoshop
- Illustrator (preferred)
- InDesign (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or in relevant field.
- Interior design and graphic design background is highly preferred.
- Marketing certificate would be highly preferred
- A minimum of 7:10 years of relevant experience within the marketing communications field with +3 years in a managerial/supervisory level
